We need to change a little bit for the business permit authority for the new coming business man. A business organization is the heart for a country because its leads the financial movement. A human body can’t live without proper movement of blood, thus a country can’t establish without business organizations.

Life and business are always with a proportional relationship. A good business organization able to offer handsome salary to the employees. It is a great regrets that we have a good number of well-established business organizations in our country. I just wish here to focus on only private sectors. We have a good number of textile, ceramics, builders, real-state, transportation, materials.. .. related trade. Every year lots of students with their C.V. fighting for a job with these focused opportunities. I just will focus my topics on another thought. I am here today to say and discuss about the people who wish to establish a new business. In a human mechanism we see lots of vain active with blood moving all over the body. When blood with different measured chemical substances bear regularly and distribute in a body, it’s called a well and fit body. Thus I merge here the same thoughts as, if a country is consists of lots of well business, the economy of the country will surely increase. For that reason, if a country welcome one for new business with the preferable qualifications without any formal harassment then it will be easy to do something here in my country.

The first menu for a new one on business field is the investment, valid license, a good official location, management and proper communication for the particular sector. After that he/she should be tense for taking orders and supply. For any types of business the TIN, Trade license, renew schedule, extra expenditure should be calculated first. Yes I agree with these terms for the betterment of my country. Now come to the point of a view from the condition of a new business or a person who wish to establish a new business. When a man invests in new purpose there is bound to be some effect on individuals within the business.  For example, if a small business invests in a consulting firm dealing with design for the building site, they will have spent a lot of money. If we have the big costing figure before start a business, then the dream will be remain just as bad dream. Taking a place for official location is a matter of big costing, after that furniture, add and marketing cost all have to be clear. Firstly, if any country open the door for s new business must with the proper qualification then business sector will be treat properly with the educative hand. Suppose for the power of plenty of wealth if a school pass person wish to establish a hospital or real state office, surely the business will fall down in few months and also it will make some educated people curse. But some other has well skill to maintain business organizations without proper certificated, that’s the exceptional example. Why government will permit for a business? With the enquiry of financial capability only or, his/her merit or qualification for proposed business? I think, the second option is the first point to realize and then the both is important. Why? A educated and dependable person able to lead good figure of people.

Now, we first show a place, and then apply for the trade license. After the long official statement we got a permit. Then try to start the business. Can a single permit able to make us establish for my business? If, I could not handle the task properly then what will be the billing condition? It will just create a big pressure for the single business dreamer. We need business for the proper economical circle of my country. My personal opinion is that, we need to change the regulation of business permit authority a little bit. Now I am going to describe that. First a person will make a complete proposal to the government with some information. The paper will show the name, type of business, education for the management body and reason of taking the steps. Then the government body wills physical meet the person for an introduction. If he/she mentally and physically ready to handle the business, he/she should be permitted for the business. Then come to the government fees. We will must pay for the intro frees. The government body, who permit us for a business, self will show the person with the particular business to the related other business. So that internal active communication and movement will be free and fair. When a fair and truthful organization meets another one, their activities and working capability will be more accurate and perfect. No external effect from bad people of the country will create for the business. Hence, then when the director will be able to maintain the business properly, he/she will earn on honest way. Then government will see the financial statement from a running business and will cut the officials fees from the organizations. I wanted to say that, before starting a business we calculate a big figure for future then some qualified will not agree to open an organization due to the fear of costing.

Now come to a case study.  Mr. Asharaf (not willing to say real name) graduated from a reputed university. He wished to establish a real state office. He was diploma background B.Sc. civil engineer. He took an office at Mirpure area. But, he couldn’t run the office more than 1year. He couldn’t manage land because some people in our country do their business with big references. Some show power and wealth and maintain their activities with less knowledge of construction. If it continues, construction condition life safety will be decrease and human dead will be a funny matter here in our country.

 We need to have a strong institution for this sector. Only qualified people will do the particular activities. A qualified doctor will treat patients and handle operation and other will help him/her. A Qualified driver will drive vehicle and people will help him/her. A qualified engineer who has a valid degree will maintain construction and handle the sector. No other will interfere with an unknown section. Thus my country will be the nicest one on the world.
